Microphones
Audix OM7 vocal mic. The king of
gain-before-feedback and stage wash rejection, and I prefer the sound of
these to the S****s that everyone uses. 6 available, $125 each or
best offer, or sell all six for $685 or best offer (the theater has a
bunch of Sennheiser wireless, so it's time for these to go so I can pay
some bills). (If you need more, a friend might sell a couple.)
Audix OM6 vocal mic. Tons of chips and
scratches from rings, but works as new (much better sound and
gain-before-feedback than any of the usual suspects. $100 or best offer.
(I just never use it except for "talking heads", as I have only one - I
use OM7s.)
Audix VX10 condenser live vocal mic, good cond,
with clip and bag, $250 or best offer. (Works well as an instrument,
percussion, or drum overhead mic
too.) (I just never use it, as I have only one.) (If you need two, a
friend might sell his.)
Audix M1245 micro cardioid condenser. May have been used once or twice. With
stand clip. Great for acoustic instruments (I use the lower output
version for guitar cabs, toms, snare, and horns - this might work for
those applications too). $125 or best offer.
Audix ADx20 micro hypercardioid condenser with drum or horn clip - your
choice. Several available - how many do you want? $90 or best offer. Great for snare, rack toms, and horns. For an extra $10, you can have both mounts.
(I have a few too many of these mics, so I'm selling a few.)
Electrovoice ( EV ) 767a vocal mic. I like these much better than
the S****s that most folks use, but I always use my OM7s 'cause 3 is
never enough. Good to VG condition, 4 available, $65 each or best
offer, or all 4 for $250 or best offer.
Other Stuff
SLS LS8695
The boxes and grills look
pretty tired, but the drivers are excellent (the woofers were upgraded
to the current version in the summer of 2006.). I have both passive
crossovers and active input plates, which can be swapped in a couple of
minutes (no soldering - there are NL4 disconnects inside). MSRP
is $4000 each, asking $1500 each.
Aphex Expressor 651.
Good to VG condition. $200. (Just like the 661, but without
the distortion generator.) (Went to a digital console, so no
longer needed.)
Art 341 dual 15 band EQ. Good to VG condition. Great for
tone shaping troublesome channels, or monitors (when used with an FBX for feedback suppression), great as a compressor
or gate sidechain EQ. $75 each - two available.
Art 343 dual 15 band EQ (like the 341 but looks plainer, has RCAs in
addition to XLR and 1/4"). Good to VG condition. Great for
tone shaping troublesome channels, or monitors (when used with an FBX
for feedback suppression), great as a compressor
or gate sidechain EQ. $50.
Fender Japanese Strat circa 1986.
Blue (lighter than Lake Placid blue), white single ply pickguard, rosewood fingerboard. All original
so far as I know. Good players condition (missing whammy bar).
With gig bag. Needs to be cleaned, strung, and set up.
$300 or best offer.
Kurzweil KSP8 with RSP8 remote, mLan (Firewire) card, and KANA8
(analog I/O expansion) card. Great shape (the RSP8 has never been
out of the house). I love this thing, but I've not used it in a
while and don't anticipate opportunities to do so. I believe I
have the boxes and manuals for everything. Asking $1900. (A
Google search should find a number of very positive reviews. If
you don't have to meet a rider spec, this is the box to have - four top
quality, extremely configurable stereo effects engines in two rack
spaces.)
Odyssey 12 space carpeted rack. Never been out of the house.
$200. Local pickup only.
Rane PEQ-55 Parametric EQ, dual mono 5 band or linked stereo 10 band, VG
condition, $500 or best offer. (Went to a digital console, so no
longer needed.)
T.C. Triple C stereo multiband compressor, Gd-Vg condition, 2 available,
$325 each or best offer. (Went to a digital console, so no longer
needed.)
